Kindaburra Newsletter 07/04/2017

Dear Families,

Policy Review updates

We will continue to display our policies in the foyer for another week or two so please take the chance to read them. There are some blank papers attached to the board for you to write your feedback and suggestions. We value your input and look forward to collaborating with our families in this area.

Celebration…

This week we also celebrated Mr Ben’s 21st Birthday!

Ms Lesley & the Dingo children threw a ‘surprise’ birthday party for him. All the children in the Centre were invited. Ms Lesley baked a special birthday cake for him and kept it hidden until the party. The children tried their best to keep the party a ‘secret’ from Mr Ben but their innocent comments almost gave it away. For example, some of the children were making Mr Ben his birthday card at the drawing table. When he came over to where they were, Makayla said: “It’s all normal here”. Then at another time, Ella said: “Shhh, It’s not Mr Ben’s birthday”.

Upcoming School Holidays

Next week is the beginning of the school holidays.

Kindaburra is open as per usual with the exception of the Easter Long Weekend public holidays. We are closed on Friday 14th April & Monday 17th April.

If you are planning on going away, please take care especially on the road.

I wish you a great time on your break and see you again when you return.

Kind Regards

Patricia Wilschefski – Director
